Welcome

Business owners, friends and family that have stepped out in faith, who have encouraged me and jump started their own careers and life by launching themselves, overcoming obstacles and following their path were the inspiration for this blog.

It was created for the purpose of uniting those of us who depend on the strong network of people we love: to edify, encourage and uplift in whatever we do, in this uncertain world. It is those of us who can adapt that will thrive. Let's do it together.

I can't listen to the news anymore, the latest buzz of the economic downturn is fear inducing. With positive energy and mind set, let's breathe life and light into these times of trial.

Some of my favorite quotes through the objections I have overcome are:

"When you are going through hell, keep going" - Jack
"When life gives you scraps, make a quilt" - Patti
"Do what you have to do, when you have to do it" - Me
"Don't worry Franny, they can't eat you" - Dad
"If you lost one deal, don't worry, just go get another one" - Dad

So welcome to the "Francey and Full Spectrum Marketing Integrated" blog. I hope you are encouraged to connect.

Please feel free to invite your friends and let's start sharing messages of hope regarding our best practices, building synergies, networking, asking questions and seeking answers and unfolding the simple truths of life: the truth that a sense of belonging is what helps keep us in balance.

  1. A Crisis is a Terrible Thing to Waste: I learned this from Michael Bernard Beckwith. A crisis provides us the opportunity to re-frame, restructure and re-prioritize/shift our alliance, skill sets, resources, etc. A gift will come from the crisis which will also shift and shape us. Don't waste the crisis! Transform like a butterfly; this means that when things get hard we naturally want to go back to "the way things were" prior to the problem, like that of the caterpillar. Break free from the cocoon and emerge like the butterfly! A new phase of the world is emerging. We become so driven we lose connection and forget the journey. Activate the cosmic genius within you. Prepare yourself for the wonderful surprise that is ahead.

  3. Hi Francey!

    Welcome to blogland!

    Love the message.

Living out of the box and believing I have something valuable to offer and dwelling in possibility, has lead to a life I could not have imagined.

Are you twittering? If so, follow me SITSGirls, if not, get on there, the PR conversation/social media impact is fascinating.

I look forward to following your journey!

  4. Hi Francey. I just went to Janet's website and
read a few interesting thoughts I want to share
on your blog. First, we become what we imagine
    /dream/create.
We can be anything we want. So I am going to
live my life in abundance - everyday - feel what
rich feels like. I'll keep you posted:)

  5. You inspire me FRancey. YOu are such a Wonderwoman.
    Outdoor adventurist, mountain climbing, launching
your own successful business. Wow. Do you ever just
sit and say "I've come a long way baby?"
Let's just say you inspire me and I'm grateful to
    call you my friend.
    hugs

  6. Is there anyone else out there besides me who feels
overwhelmed with life - almost like Life is getting
ahead of us and that we are not even in control anymore? I did what you did and stopped reading
the headline news. There is so much chaos right
now in the world and peoples lives. Everywhere I
look. Chaos. Relationships shattered, jobs lost,
spiritual meltdowns. What is behind all this and
where is it going to end up? I feel like Dorothy
on the Wizard of Oz when her house was spinning wayup in space and she was sitting on her bed looking out her window and seeing all kinds of crazy stuff. At night I stay home with the dogs because they give me comfort and peace. This is not like me either. I used to like going out.
    Just venting here.
